Expect to be led through a one hour, total body, mat-based workout that is choreographed to music!
You will focus on strengthening and toning your core, as well as improve your posture and flexibility!
Challenge your body as you are led through various exercise moves that will strengthen all of your muscles!
Tickets are $15 and include the class and $5 toward ANY drink!
